Helping my clients find greater freedom and meaning in their lives

I empower individuals to heal their relationships with food and their bodies so they can reclaim balance, build resilience and foster a lasting sense of well-being.

As a registered dietitian with over 12 years of experience, including 9 years specializing in disordered eating, I offer compassionate, personalized care to support individuals and families on their journey to recovery.

I work with adolescents, adults and families, using an integrated approach that acknowledges the impact disordered eating can have on both individuals and their loved ones. I'm here to guide you through every step of the journey toward balance, self-compassion and lasting healing.

My practice is virtual, and I am licensed in Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

Breanne Hopkins, RD

Struggling with constant thoughts about food, body image, or dieting can feel overwhelming and often joy-stealing. Whether it's navigating an eating disorder, supporting a child experiencing disordered eating or simply wanting to break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting, I offer compassionate, expert support to help individuals heal their relationship with food and themselves.

A Registered Dietitian since 2013, I work with clients aged 12 and up, specializing in disordered eating recovery. I have also worked as a Diabetes Educator for 8 years and am skilled at managing the balance of chronic health conditions while improving relationships with food.

My approach is rooted in providing safe, nonjudgmental, weight-inclusive and evidence-based care. By listening, understanding and meeting people where they are, I help clients rediscover peace, trust and even joy in their experiences with food.

Taking the first step can be the hardest, but it can also be the most powerful. When you're ready, I’m here to connect.
